Katherine Anne Confections

Katherine Anne has been making decadent confections ever since her childhood on a sustainable Wisconsin farm. Her mother taught her how to use fresh cream from the family's Jersey cows, as well as honey from a nearby farm to create batches of old-fashioned caramels. Katherine's love of confections never ceased to grow, and she could be found in the kitchen at Christmastime for days on end, making truffles and caramels for friends and family. Since 2006, Katherine Anne Confections has been offering artisanal confections online, as well as in local coffee shops and markets around Chicago such as Whole Foods.

Graceful curves and an unpretentious, organic look define our unique favor boxes, meticulously hand-crafted from long grass paper. Each fair-trade box is adorned with tiny white flowers, gathered and dried by local artisans. Our modern triangle favor box holds one truffle or two caramels as a sweet surprise; the more classic rectangle box holds two truffles. Prices range from $3-$7 for packaged options, and $1-$4 for "build your own". Either selection makes a spectacular first impression, and leaves a mouthwatering memory.

We will work with you personally to design an exceptional, personalized experience for your guests. From a 5-tier truffle tower for dessert, to decadent gifts for out-of-town guests, our confections will delight every palate.
