“The Waltz” Full Service Wedding Planning
From the time you are engaged until you are whisked away to the honeymoon suite, we provide full service wedding coordination and consultation for the bride and groom. We begin by setting a timeline and budget to create your dream wedding. Ali Phillips will be there through your entire engagement, to assure that you are on schedule for your dream wedding! This package allows busy brides and grooms time to enjoy the planning process and have professional help along the way.

“The Tango” Wedding Weekend Coordination
This package is for the bride and groom who wants a coordinator present on their Wedding Weekend. We will begin to meet six weeks prior to your Wedding Day to talk about the flow of the wedding day and make sure that all the little details have been discussed. A coordinator will be present at your rehearsal to assure a smooth and effective rehearsal and present the Big Day to assure everyone is in the right place at the right time (from your family and wedding party, to your vendors, to the limo waiting to whisk you away to your honeymoon suite!) On your wedding day; leave the organizing to us and relax and celebrate with your new spouse!

“The Fox Trot” Consultation
Not every bride needs help throughout the entire planning process so we offer a “starter package”. This is a two-hour consultation with a coordinator to create a “blueprint” for a perfect day. We will point you in the right direction to have a stress free planning process. We help you develop a time line and budget that you are comfortable with. Included in this session would be the answers to any etiquette questions and suggestions for the theme and color scheme. The bride and groom will be supplied with vendor recommendations following their consultation in each planning category to contact.

After ten years as a successful salesperson and manager in various industries, Alison Phillips took a chance! She became a full time wedding planner! She had enjoyed planning her friends’ weddings so much that she decided to follow her heart and Engaging Events by Ali, Inc. was born.

Ali enjoys a wide range of activities outside her business, such as playing golf, running and writing. She volunteers at her church preparing food for the homeless, tutoring students, and arranging flowers for the elderly.
